Pork Loaf With Applesauce Glaze

  1. Cook onion in butter until soft.
  2. Combine with breadcrumbs, 1 cup applesauce, egg, salt and pepper.
  3. Add ground pork and mix well.
  4. Place in freezer bag.
  5. Combine mustard and 1/2 cup applesauce.
  6. Place in small bag and place in freezer bag with meat loaf mix.
  7. Label and freeze.
  8. To serve: thaw.
  9. Place meat in loaf pan.
  10. Spread applesauce mustard over top.
  11. Cover with foil.
  12. Bake for 30 minute at 375.
  13. Remove foil and bake 30 minute.
