Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins Recipe

  1. Combine first six ingredients.
  2. Blend pumpkin and evaporated lowfat milk together.
  3. Add in this and the rest of the ingredients together.
  4. Fill 18 paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
  5. Sprinkle streusel on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
