Salmon Vegetable Paella Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
  2. Break salmon into chunks and set aside.
  3. Saute/fry garlic, onion and mushrooms in butter.
  4. Add in rice, salmon liquid, chicken broth and salt.
  5. Bring to boil, cover and cook over low heat 10 min.
  6. Add in zucchini and peas and cook 10 min more.
  7. Add in salmon and heat 5 min.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
