PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Mini Cheesecake Baskets
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) (12 crusts)
- COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Assorted tiny candies
- red string licorice
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix just until blended.
- Place crusts on cookie sheet.
- Pour batter evenly into crusts.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Decorate with assorted tiny FARLEY'S Candies.
- Use red licorice to make basket handles.
