Spiced Beef Kabobs W/Tomato Mint Salad

  2. Trim beef; cut into cubes.
  3. In bowl, combine garlic, oil, chili powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper; add beef and toss to coat.
  4. Let stand for 15 minutes.
