South of the Border Sandwiches

  1. In a large bowl, mix eggs, chilies, salsa, onion, loves and seasonings.
  2. Fold in cheese.
  3. Spoon 1/2 cup onto bottom of rolls.
  4. Replace tops; wrap each sandwich tightly in foil.
  5. Bake at 350* for 20 minute.
  6. Serves 4.
