Enchilada Pie

  1. Brown meat and onion.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain. Add soups (undiluted), green chilies, enchilada sauce and milk. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with 6 tortillas.
  4. Top with half meat mixture and half the cheeses.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and cut in squares to serve.
  8. Top each square with a dab of sour cream.
  9. Serves 8.
