Bacon, Sausage and Onion Pizza
- 1 whole Recipe For Homemade Pizza Dough Or Store Bought, Enough For Large Size Pizza
- 1 whole Recipe For Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce Or 1 Cup Of Store Bought
- 2 whole Links Of Mild Italian Sausage, Crumbled And Cooked
- 3 cups To 4 Cups Of Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 5 strips Applewood Bacon, Diced And Cooked
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Sliced Very Thin
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Oil, For Greasing Your Pans
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- With your hands, split the dough in half and spread it into two lightly oiled sheet pans.
- Spread desired amount of sauce among both pizzas.
- Next, divide the cooked sausage in half and sprinkle it on top of each pizza along with the grated mozzarella, bacon, red onion and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 20-25 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through so the top and bottoms brown and crisp evenly.
- Remove from the oven and set on a cooling rack.
- Let pizzas cool before slicing and serving.
- Makes two medium, thin crust pizzas or one large pizza.
