Crockpot Roasted Red Pepper Pork Chops

  2. Lay chops in the bottom of your crock (a 5-quart size crock works great).

  4. In a bowl, combine peppers, tomatoes, onion, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well.

  7. Pour mixture over chops.

  9. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  10. 5.
  11. Serve mixture over hot, cooked rice.
