Chocolate Pecan Delight
- 1/2 cup margarine
- butter
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 sm. Hershey Chocolate Canday Bar, grated
- Mix margarine, flour, chopped pecans together and spread in the bottom of a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
- Bake on 350F for 20 minutes.
- Cool until completely cold.
- Mix the cream cheese, powerdered sugar, whip cream together and spread it over the cooled crust.
- Blend until thick and pour over whipped cream filling mixture.
- Top with remaining cool whip, grate one small Hershey bar and sprinkle over cool whip.
- May also add small amount of chopped pecans to top.
- Place in refrigerator to cool and setup.
