Mom'S Concoction

  1. In saucepan cook green pepper, celery, tomatoes and onion in pineapple juice.
  2. Add cooked chicken chunks and pineapple pieces. Stir in water and taco seasoning.
  3. Heat through, cover and simmer until cooked, stir fairly frequently.
  4. Add more water if necessary.
  5. Serve as you would regular tacos.
  6. Use cheese, sour cream, olives and salsa as extras with the meat filling in the shells.
