Spicy Mustard Steak Marinade/ Rub Recipe

• 2 TBS Spicy Brown Mustard
• 1 TBS olive oil
• 1 Tsp. salt
• 1 Tsp. black pepper
• 1 TBS. roasted minced garlic
• 1/2 Tsp. Chili powder
• 1/2 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a flat dish, mix well
2. Add your meat, rub the marinade onto the meat with a fork, making sure you get it rubbed onto all sides of the meat
3. Pan fry meat or hit the grill!
