Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup (3-1/2 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained*
- Dash pepper
- Stir process cheese spread and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth.
- Stir in macaroni and pepper.
- Spoon into 1-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with green onion curls.
- Variations: Increase VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread to 3/4 lb.
- (12 oz.).
- Mix 1/2 lb.
- of the process cheese spread, cut up, with milk.
- Top casserole with remaining 1/4 lb.
- process cheese spread, sliced, before baking.
- Bake as directed.
- Substitute 4 individual (10 oz.)
- baking dishes for 1-quart casserole.
