Mound Bar Cookies Recipe

  1. Mix coconut, Eagle Brand lowfat milk, and vanilla with fork in a large bowl.
  2. Drop by spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10 min.
  4. Coconut will be tinged brown.
  5. Don't overbake.
  6. Remove from sheet and place on waxed paper.
  7. Cookies may fall apart.
  8. Remold by squeezing with fingers.
  9. Combine chips and wax in double boiler till melted and smooth.
  10. Spoon melted chocolate over cooled cookie; let set.
