Mound Bar Cookies Recipe
- 1 lg. bag coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips
- 1/8 bar household wax
- Mix coconut, Eagle Brand lowfat milk, and vanilla with fork in a large bowl.
- Drop by spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10 min.
- Coconut will be tinged brown.
- Don't overbake.
- Remove from sheet and place on waxed paper.
- Cookies may fall apart.
- Remold by squeezing with fingers.
- Combine chips and wax in double boiler till melted and smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over cooled cookie; let set.
