Quick and Easy Chocolate Pound Cake

  1. Melt the chocolate bar.
  2. Add the vegetable oil, and mix.
  3. Add the pancake mix, instant cocoa mix, and sugar to Step 1, then mix with a whisk.
  4. Add the egg to the Step 2 mixture, and mix with the whisk.
  5. Then add the milk and mix some more.
  6. Pour the Step 3 batter into the pound cake mold lined with parchment sheet, and bake in the oven for 20 ~ 30 minutes at 180C.
  7. When you insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's done.
  8. When cooled, if you sprinkle on powdered sugar, doesn't it look like a second cousin of gateau au chocolat?
  9. I made it quickly for a snack the other day.
  10. It had been a long time since I cooked it last.
  11. The taste was great!
  12. I baked in cups.
  13. It only made 4 pieces.
