- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 each garlic cloves minced
- 1 pound chicken breasts boneless, skinless or thighs, cut into, 3/4inch pieces
