Buffalo fried Potatoes

  1. Put potatoes in a collander and rinse well shaking till excess water is gone ( this step is hugely important as it washes away the excess starch allowing the potatoes to get that crispy fried texture you want).
  2. Toss in enough oil to lightly coat, Toss in hot sauce and ranch and salt to your persnal taste and then lay on a cookie sheet on a single layer and bake on 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
