Coffee Panna Cotta
- 2 env. unflavoured gelatine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- In small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over water and let soak 10 min., do not stir.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan heat milk, half-and-half, coffee, vanilla and sugar to a simmer over medium heat; stir occasionally to dissolve sugar.
- When mixture simmers, immediately turn off heat; add gelatine mixture, stirring to dissolve gelatine.
- Pour mixture into 8 small dessert glasses or small jars.
- Refrigerate uncovered 2 hours.
