Coffee Panna Cotta

  1. In small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over water and let soak 10 min., do not stir.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan heat milk, half-and-half, coffee, vanilla and sugar to a simmer over medium heat; stir occasionally to dissolve sugar.
  3. When mixture simmers, immediately turn off heat; add gelatine mixture, stirring to dissolve gelatine.
  4. Pour mixture into 8 small dessert glasses or small jars.
  5. Refrigerate uncovered 2 hours.
