Bobby's Mama's Kal Bi Ribs (Korean Bbq Ribs) Recipe
- 4 lb Short ribs (up to 5)
- 1/2 c. Shoyu, (soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds (up to 3)
- 1/8 tsp Dry red pepper
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped (up to 4)
- 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
- 1 piece fresh ginger root, grated, 1"x1/2"
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil (up to 2)
- 1 dsh Pepper
- Kal Bi Ribs Combine all ingredients except ribs.
- Mix well.
- Add in ribs and marinate for several hrs (overnight is best).
- Turn a few times.
- Broil on hibachi till well browned (3 or possibly 4 min on each side).
