Vegetable Stew
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 2 cups water
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- In dutch oven or 4 1/2 quart soup pot combine first 10 ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat.
- Simmer covered 30 minutes, til vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese.
