Vegetable Stew

  1. In dutch oven or 4 1/2 quart soup pot combine first 10 ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  2. Simmer covered 30 minutes, til vegetables are tender.
  3. Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese.
