Gourmet Beef Casserole

  1. Brown beef and drain.
  2. Stir in next 8 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook
  4. and drain noodles.
  5. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and onion and add to noodles. Pour one cup of meat sauce into a 3-quart casserole.
  6. Cover with a layer of noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce, then cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
