Scrambled Eggs
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Frank's is far and away the best)
- 1 teaspoon basil, chopped fresh
- 1 teaspoon sage, chopped fresh
- 1 slice American cheese, cut up
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped fresh
- Scramble eggs.
- Mix in hot sauce, basil, sage, cheese, melted butter, and salt and pepper.
- Cook in nonstick pan sprayed with Pam to your liking.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives and serve.
