Artichoke Dip... With Kick!
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (in water)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) jarof sliced jalapeno peppers
- Cut artichoke into bite size pieces and chop jalapeno peppers.
- Mix all the ingredients together and put into a glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 until top is browned.
- Serve with sliced bread and/or chopped up veggies.
- Enjoy!
