Balsamic Mushrooms With Lime

  1. Heat a wok or frypan over high heat.
  2. Add the walnuts & cook, stirring.
  3. constantly, for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
  4. Remove & set aside.
  5. Add the oil, garlic & chilli to the wok & stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add.
  7. the mushrooms & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the mushrooms.
  8. are just tender.
  9. Combine the balsamic vinegar & brown sugar together & add to the mushrooms, stir-fry 30 seconds or until well coated.
  10. Remove wok from the heat, stir in the walnuts & lime juice.
  11. Garnish with parsley.
  12. Serve with on its own or with steamed jasmine rice.
