Ranch Mashed Potatoes
- 2-1/4 gal. potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Place potatoes in large saucepan or stockpot.
- Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 to 25 min.
- or until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Drain.
- Mash potatoes with butter.
- Add dressing and pepper; continue to mash until creamy and well blended.
- Serve immediately.
