Ranch Mashed Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in large saucepan or stockpot.
  2. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 to 25 min.
  5. or until potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Drain.
  7. Mash potatoes with butter.
  8. Add dressing and pepper; continue to mash until creamy and well blended.
  9. Serve immediately.
