Easy Date With the Tropical Bran Muffins

• 1 (7 ounce) boxbran muffin mix with dates
• 2 eggs
• 13 cup milk
• 13 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• 13 cup chopped nuts (I like hazel or pecans)
• 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (drained)
• honey, for glaze

1. Drain pineapple and set aside.
2. In medium bowl mix eggs and milk together.
3. Stir in box mix and blend.
4. Stir in coconut, nuts, and pineapple.
5. Grease muffin tin well.
6. Divide mixture between the 6 tins.
7. Cook in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15-17 minutes.
8. Let sit for a few minutes then carefully remove and set on wire rack.
9. Brush with a bit of honey.
