Fruity Salsa

  1. Mix the strawberries, kiwis, and apples.
  2. Add in the cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix well and set aside in the fridge.
  4. Next step: Cut the package of tortillas into pie-shaped pieces.
  5. Spray each piece front and back lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Pour about 1/2 cup of white sugar and about 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon into a Ziploc bag.
  7. Shake the tortillas in this bag with the mixture until covered well.
  8. Shake off excess.
  9. Remove from the bag and bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Let cinnamon chips cool and then serve with the fruity salsa.
  11. It looks pretty on your favorite serving tray.
