Fruity Salsa
- 1 quart Fresh Strawberries, Finely Chopped
- 3 whole Kiwis, Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Apple, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cups White Sugar
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 package Tortillas
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Mix the strawberries, kiwis, and apples.
- Add in the cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and set aside in the fridge.
- Next step: Cut the package of tortillas into pie-shaped pieces.
- Spray each piece front and back lightly with cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of white sugar and about 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon into a Ziploc bag.
- Shake the tortillas in this bag with the mixture until covered well.
- Shake off excess.
- Remove from the bag and bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cinnamon chips cool and then serve with the fruity salsa.
- It looks pretty on your favorite serving tray.
