Peanut Clusters
- 8 (2 ounce) vanilla candy coating, squares cut up
- 2 23 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 lb salted Spanish peanut
- Melt candy coating and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanuts.
- Drop mixture by tablespoons onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
- Chill until firm.
