Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

  1. For each serving: Heat 1 tsp.
  2. (5 mL) oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add 1 salmon fillet; cook 5 min.
  4. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) each milk and cream cheese product to same skillet; cook on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  9. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
  10. (30 mL) cucumbers and 1-1/2 tsp.
  11. (7 mL) dill.
  12. Return salmon to skillet; cook 2 min.
  13. or until heated through.
  14. Serve topped with sauce.
