Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 24 each salmon fillets Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 3 cups skim milk
- 3 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3 cups cucumbers, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- For each serving: Heat 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) oil in small skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add 1 salmon fillet; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) each milk and cream cheese product to same skillet; cook on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Stir in 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cucumbers and 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) dill.
- Return salmon to skillet; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve topped with sauce.
