Stir-fry with the Outer Leaves of Lettuce
- 4 The outer leaves of lettuce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Yakiniku/Japanese BBQ sauce
- 1 Ground pepper
- At this time of the year, the outer leaves of lettuce are huge and prone to waste.
- Slice the garlic into 1 mm thickness.
- Wash the outer leaves of lettuce and tear into bite sized pieces.
- Heat a pan with oil, and cook the garlic.
- Add the lettuce and when it mixes with oil, pour yakiniku sauce and sprinkle the pepper quickly just before the lettuce softens.
- Turn off the heat and it's done.
