Stir-fry with the Outer Leaves of Lettuce

  1. At this time of the year, the outer leaves of lettuce are huge and prone to waste.
  2. Slice the garlic into 1 mm thickness.
  3. Wash the outer leaves of lettuce and tear into bite sized pieces.
  4. Heat a pan with oil, and cook the garlic.
  5. Add the lettuce and when it mixes with oil, pour yakiniku sauce and sprinkle the pepper quickly just before the lettuce softens.
  6. Turn off the heat and it's done.
