Zesty Blackened Fish Tacos
- 1 lb. (450 g) cod fillets
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix garlic and 2 Tbsp.
- dressing; brush onto fish.
- Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Use fork to break fish into chunks; place in serving bowl.
- Place remaining ingredients in separate serving bowls.
- Set on table and invite everyone to assemble their own tacos.
