Mexican Sausage Dip Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound sausage, warm if you are really daring
- 2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can Old El Paso jalapeno relish (warm) or possibly you may substitute green jalapeno peppers to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Cook together beef and sausage.
- Drain well.
- In large electric skillet or possibly fondue pot heat cheese, adding remaining ingredients.
- Add in cooked meat and heat thoroughly.
- Serve warm with Doritos or possibly King-Size Fritos.
- Freezes very well for future parties.
- Makes 3 qts.
