Skillet Beef Picadillo with Walnut Sauce

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook 3 min.
  3. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in meat; cook 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until browned, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in potatoes, chiles and tomato sauce; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  8. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients in blender until well blended.
  9. Serve spooned over meat mixture.
