Roquefort Cheese Chips
- 1 (5-ounce) bag lightly salted kettle potato chips
- 1/2 (5-ounce) can white sauce (recommended: Aunt Penny's)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons crumbled Roquefort cheese
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place kettle chips on baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine all remaining ingredients, except blue cheese crumbles.
- Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Drizzle cheese sauce over hot chips.
- Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the top.
