Vegan Mac and Cheese
- 1 cup Pasta (I Used Penne)
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta then put it back into the pot.
- Place frozen peas in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Mix all of the ingredients into the pot with the pasta and warm it over low heat.
- Enjoy!
