Peanut Sauce
- 1 12 cups fresh ground organic peanuts
- 14 cup rice wine vinegar
- 18 cup tamari
- 4 ounces red curry paste
- 1 bunch Thai basil
- 4 kafir fresh lime leaves
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12 cup sweet chili sauce
- 12 ounces coconut milk
- 14 cup cilantro
- 18 cup brown sugar
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 12 cup scallion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- place coconut milk in pan on the stove over low heat --.
- add: fresh ground peanuts/blend well with wisk --.
- add:.
- curry paste,thai basil,kaffir lime leaves,lime juice,sesame oil,sweet chili sauce,,brown sugar,cilantro,tamari sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
- simmer for 1 hour on low heat.do not allow to boil.
- best when served warm/with chicken,rice/or pan fried noodles.
