Peanut Sauce

  1. place coconut milk in pan on the stove over low heat --.
  2. add: fresh ground peanuts/blend well with wisk --.
  3. add:.
  4. curry paste,thai basil,kaffir lime leaves,lime juice,sesame oil,sweet chili sauce,,brown sugar,cilantro,tamari sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
  5. simmer for 1 hour on low heat.do not allow to boil.
  6. best when served warm/with chicken,rice/or pan fried noodles.
