Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 1 chicken
- 1 medium onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 small bell pepper
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 1 can chicken broth or broth from cooked chicken
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- dash of Accent
- 1 pkg. noodles
- Boil chicken; debone and chop.
- Saute vegetables with parsley and add seasonings, then add soups and mayonnaise.
- Mix well. Boil noodles in chicken broth.
- Drain and pour noodles into Pam sprayed casserole dish.
- Add chicken/soup mixture to noodles and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
