Jalapeno Popper Burgers
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Jalapeno Cream Cheese Product
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
- 1/4 cup Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix first 5 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese product onto centre of each of 4 patties.
- Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165F).
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with lettuce, tomatoes, dressing and tops of buns.
