Chili

  1. Brown meat and garlic in frying pan until done.
  2. When brown, add a glass of water.
  3. Brown celery, pepper, garlic and onions in frying pan with butter and some oil to keep from burning.
  4. Add meat; using large pot, add the season in the mixture, also 1/4 pound cheese.
  5. If dry, add more tomato sauce and water, if needed. Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
