Ham and Cheddar Quiche

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine cheese, flour, and meat.
  4. Toss in onions.
  5. Pour all into uncooked pie shell.
  6. In medium bowl blend eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  7. Pour slowly into pie shell.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until center is not jiggly (you may want to cover crust after 30 minutes or so to avoid too much browning).
  9. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
