Shrimp Fettucini
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/8 c. flour
- 1/2 pt. half and half cream
- 1/2 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
- 1 large bag egg noodles, boiled
- Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in large pot.
- Add parsley and shrimp; cook 10 minutes.
- Add flour, half and half cream and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted, over medium-low heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Boil, drain and rinse noodles.
- Stir into shrimp mixture.
- Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch glass casserole dish; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Crawfish can be used.)
