The Desert Mermaids Mango Salsa

  1. Chop Tomatoes ,
  2. Skin & seed mango's and chop in to small pieces.
  3. Chop red Onion and jalepeno .
  4. Chop cilantro.
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over all.
  7. Mix in garlic, salt and pepper.
  8. Serve.
  9. Stays good for several days in fridge.
