Timus (Indonesian Sweet Potato)

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into appropriate pieces, and steam.
  2. Mash the steamed sweet potatoes with a potato masher while they're still hot.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the mashed sweet potatoes.
  4. Adjust the amount of corn starch and sugar to your liking.
  5. Form barrel-shaped bite-sized balls.
  6. Fry in oil until golden brown.
