Timus (Indonesian Sweet Potato)
- 1 kilo Sweet potatoes
- 150 grams Corn starch
- 100 grams~ Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Vanilla extract
- 1 Oil for frying
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into appropriate pieces, and steam.
- Mash the steamed sweet potatoes with a potato masher while they're still hot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Adjust the amount of corn starch and sugar to your liking.
- Form barrel-shaped bite-sized balls.
- Fry in oil until golden brown.
