Pickled Coleslaw Recipe
- 1 very lg. head of shredded cabbage
- 2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 3 teaspoon celery seed
- Mix first four ingredients together.
- Bring vinegar, sugar, mustard, and celery seed to boil.
- Add in salad oil and mix with cabbage mix.
- Best if chilled overnight.
