Pasta Cheese Bake
- 1/4 cup rotini pasta, uncooked
- 2 oz. BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsps. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, divided
- 1 oz. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 fresh peach
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Mix meatless ground burger, cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1 tablespoon of the grated topping.
- Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Top with mozzarella cheese (1 ounce = 1/4 cup); sprinkle with remaining grated topping.
- Bake at 375° F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetables as directed on package; top with margarine.
- Enjoy a fresh peach (or 2 halves canned in juice) for dessert.
