Baked Steak Supper
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 stems celery, sliced
- 5 green onions, sliced or 1 onion
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- Creole seasoning
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Place a piece of foil in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Spray foil with Pam.
- Pour Worcestershire over both sides of meat and sprinkle Creole seasoning over both sides of meat.
- Place meat on foil in pan.
- Spread soup over top of meat.
- Place onions over soup.
- Top with other vegetables.
- Sprinkle water over vegetables.
- Sprinkle vegetables lightly with Creole seasoning. Fold foil over and close securely.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve on platter.
