Salsa Con Queso
- 1 1/2 cups tomato salsa
- 250 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 3-4 spring onions, chopped
- Spring onions, extra, chopped for garnish
- Corn chips, to serve
- HEAT the salsa in a saucepan, whisk in the PHILLY and continue to whisk until smooth.
- STIR in the chilli sauce and spring onions.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra spring onions and serve warm or cold with corn chips.
