Chicken Pizzaiola

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  2. Transfer to serving platter.
  3. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine flour, Italian seasoning and salt.
  4. Coat chicken in flour mixture.
  5. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add chicken; cook, turning once until browned, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  7. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring often, until softened, 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add sauce, mushrooms, wine and parsley.
  9. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  10. Simmer until cooked through, 15 minutes.
  11. Uncover, sprinkle chicken with cheese.
  12. Cover; cook until cheese is melted, 3 minutes.
  13. Top spaghetti with chicken and sauce, if desired.
