Grilled Peaches with Cream Cheese and Honey

  1. Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Lightly brush peach halves with the canola oil.
  3. Place pit side down on the grill.
  4. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the surfaces have nice grill marks.
  5. Turn the peaches over and drizzle with a bit of honey.
  6. Place a dollop of the cream cheese spread in the middle of each.
  7. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes longer, or until the filling is warm.
  8. Plate and garnish with pecan halves or mint sprigs.
  9. Serve immediately.
