Hamburger with a Salad
- 3 oz. extra lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun, split
- 1/8 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 medium tomato, sliced, divided
- 2 tsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 6 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) , Favorite Flavor, or 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Season beef as desired with salt-free herbs and spices.
- Form into patty.
- Grill or broil to desired doneness.
- Build hamburger on bun with onions, tomato, and ketchup.
- Place lettuce into salad bowl.
- Top with broccoli, carrots, peppers, and remaining tomatoes; drizzle with dressing.
- Place kiwi in bowl and top with yogurt.
- Serve meal with a glass of Sugar Free KOOL-AID.
