Hamburger with a Salad

  1. Season beef as desired with salt-free herbs and spices.
  2. Form into patty.
  3. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
  4. Build hamburger on bun with onions, tomato, and ketchup.
  5. Place lettuce into salad bowl.
  6. Top with broccoli, carrots, peppers, and remaining tomatoes; drizzle with dressing.
  7. Place kiwi in bowl and top with yogurt.
  8. Serve meal with a glass of Sugar Free KOOL-AID.
